CHECK-IN

Check-in is from 4pm. Regrettably our housekeeping team cannot offer earlier access to the property. 

PARKING

Please park your vehicle in the allocated space for Kingfishers Cottage.  The space is located on the left hand side of the lane, opposite the terrace of properties, just before Kingfishers Cottage.

GENERAL INFO

HEATING & HOT WATER

The heating is electric, each heater has a control panel. Please remember to turn the heating down after use. The water will heat automatically. If you are having any issues with the heating or hot water, please call us on 01841 550998.

 

REFUSE & RECYCLING

Waste and recycling is stored and collected from the front of the property.
Place all waste and recyling in black bin liners, this will be separated by the collection company.
Please ensure all items are bagged in bin liners before putting into the dustbin, and everything put out on departure for collection. 

 

WI-FI

Select the hub:BT-JRCJHN

Enter the password: Jpb6fFLJykGtUe

If you are having issues with the Wi-Fi, check that the hub is plugged in correctly – located on the landing. Try to reset the hub - push reset and wait for the light to turn blue (can take a few minutes). If problems still occur, call us on 01841 550998.

 

Please note: we can never guarantee a Wi-Fi connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the Wi-Fi to download films etc. as there may be a download limit.

 

DOGS: 
Dogs are permitted within this property. As a gentle reminder from your booking conditions, we ask that dogs are not to be left alone in the property, not to be allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. Please clear up any mess or hair at the end of your stay. Thank you.

There is a first aid kit and torch within the property. There is a fire blanket and fire extinguisher in the kitchen.

DEPARTURES

BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Please ensure any remaining rubbish has been bagged and left in the dustbin.

CLEANING

Our cleaners will come in after you depart and clean the property, but if you could help them out by leaving the property as you find, it would be greatly appreciated!

PLEASE STRIP THE BED LINEN AND LEAVE ON THE BED

BREAKAGES / DAMAGES

If you have any breakages, or damage anything in the property during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can organise any repairs or cleaning necessary in time before the next guests.

LOCKING UP

When you depart, please ensure any spare house keys are left within the property, ensure all doors are locked and the master set of keys are left in the key safe before you set off. Please ensure the numbers on the safe are scrambled when you leave.
