Check-in is from 4pm. Regrettably our housekeeping team cannot offer earlier access to the property.

There are two allocated spaces at the rear of the apartment, numbered bays.

GENERAL INFO

REFUSE

Please put all RUBBISH IN BLACK BIN LINERS and place in the communal bin store at the site entrance.

The router is located in the hallway cupboard.

 

SURF STORE

Please feel free to use the outside surf store, the key is on the set in the key safe. It is the store in front of the parking spaces (the second store in). Please leave as found.

 

BALCONY 

Children and dogs must be supervised on the balcony at all times. There are railings in place on the balcony, but please do not leave children or dogs unattended or allow them to climb on the furniture outdoors.

 

Please do not hang clothes/towels/wetsuits etc. over the balcony railings.

 

DOGS

Please do not allow your dog/s on the furniture. Please pick up any mess from the grounds and any hair from the apartment before your departure, thank you.

HEATING & HOT WATER

The heating thermostats (underfloor heating) are programmed to come on every day set at 22 degrees from 7am-10.30pm and then 18 degrees through the night.
The hot water thermostat is set to come on every day from 7am-8pm, but being a hot water tank, with continuous high use it may need time to reheat the tank again if it runs low. 
The electric towel rail timers are programmed to come on twice a day 7.30am-10am and also 5.30pm-8pm.

 

If you are having any issues with the heating or hot water, please call us on 01841 550998.

TELEVISIONS

Smart TVs provided, please feel free to log into your own accounts for Netflix etc. but remember to log back out after you have finished.

There is a first aid kit available in the apartment. There is a torch for emergency lighting.

DEPARTURES

BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Please ensure any remaining rubbish has been bagged and left in the dustbin.

CLEANING

Our cleaners will come in after you depart and clean the property, but if you could help them out by leaving the property as you find, it would be greatly appreciated!

PLEASE STRIP THE BED LINEN AND LEAVE ON THE BED

BREAKAGES / DAMAGES

If you have any breakages, or damage anything in the property during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can organise any repairs or cleaning necessary in time before the next guests.

LOCKING UP

When you depart, please ensure any spare house keys are left within the property, ensure all doors are locked and the master set of keys are left in the key safe before you set off. Please ensure the numbers on the safe are scrambled when you leave.
