Check-in is from 4pm. Regrettably our housekeeping team cannot offer earlier access to the property. 

Linen and Towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

GENERAL INFO

IMPORTANT NOTE

There is an air flow system in the bungalow; please try to leave internal doors open when possible during your stay to aid the air flow, and particularly on departure. Thank you.

HEATING & HOT WATER

Operating instructions are within the red booklet. The heaters in the living room are combined night storage and convector heaters. The heaters in the bedrooms and bathroom are convector heaters. Please do not switch off the heater in the hallway between the bedrooms unless it is really hot during the summer.

The pull-down switch for the immersion heater for the water is in the bathroom. The immersion heater supplies hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks and the bath. It takes approx. 15-20 mins to heat the water. Please do not leave it on continuously.

Please remember to use the extractor fan when using the bath or shower, the pull-down switch is in the bathroom.

REFUSE & RECYCLING

The bin is stored in the rear garden. You do not need to move the bin, they will collect from there.
Place all waste and recyling in black bin liners, this will be separated by the collection company.
Please put all items in bin liners before putting into the dustbin on departure. Please ensure all bags are in the dustbin so the seagulls can not rip them open.

 

WI-FI

The router is located at floor level in the dining area. You will find the code on the back of the router, please do not take the card out of the router. If you are having any issues with the connection, please try to restart the router and check all wires are plugged in correctly.

There is a first aid kit in the bathroom cupboard. There is a torch for emergency lighting in the kitchen drawer.

DEPARTURES

BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Please ensure any remaining rubbish has been bagged and left in the dustbin.

CLEANING

Our cleaners will come in after you depart and clean the property, but if you could help them out by leaving the property as you find, it would be greatly appreciated!

PLEASE STRIP THE BED LINEN AND LEAVE ON THE BED

BREAKAGES / DAMAGES

If you have any breakages, or damage anything in the property during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can organise any repairs or cleaning necessary in time before the next guests.

LOCKING UP

When you depart, please ensure any spare house keys are left within the property, ensure all doors are locked and the master set of keys are left in the key safe before you set off. Please ensure the numbers on the safe are scrambled when you leave.
