CHECK-IN

Check-in is from 4pm. Regrettably our housekeeping team cannot offer earlier access to the property. 

PARKING

There is an allocated under cover parking space next to the entrance, please park in the space marked number 3. Please note that the space is quite tight and larger cars may struggle to manoeuvre into the space. If required, there is a car park on the ring road which has steps that come directly down to the property.

GENERAL INFO

The electric wall heaters are controlled independently, to use turn the dial to the ‘I’ setting, this will display the current temperature of the room. The radiators are set to 20C, please leave them to heat up to this temperature before you adjust the settings. To adjust the temperature, press the sun button twice and then use plus and minus buttons. Once it has reached the desired temperature, press the sun button once more and the display will return to the current temperature of the room. 

If you do adjust the temperature, please make sure that all radiators are returned to 20C and switched off before you depart.

The water will heat during the night, should you need to boost the hot water during the day please use the Daytime Booster Switch located in the airing cupboard in the bathroom. Only use this is all the hot water has been used, and please turn off after use.

REFUSE & RECYCLING

Please bag all rubbish in black bin liners, 

all recycling in clear liners, 

and all glass into the bottle box.


Please put bins out Friday night ready for early morning collection. 

Place the bin near to the road to ensure that vehicles are not blocking the dustbin.
 

Please ensure all rubbish is bagged and placed into the dustbin fully so that the seagulls cannot get to it. Thank you!

 

WI-FI

The code for your Wi-Fi is Xd6p9vYuydChDx

The router is located under the television. You will find the code on the back of the router, please do not take the card out of the router. If you are having any issues with the connection, please try to restart the router and check all wires are plugged in correctly.

 

DOGS: 
Dogs are permitted within this property. As a gentle reminder from your booking conditions, we ask that dogs are not to be left alone in the property, not to be allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. Please clear up any mess or hair at the end of your stay. Thank you.

ELECTRICAL / GAS / WATER ISSUES

If there are any worrying leaks and you need to turn off the water supply, you will find the stop cock under the kitchen sink.

If you have any cuts in power, please check that the fuses have not simply tripped. The fuse box is in the high-level cupboard in the hallway adjacent to the front door.

If there are any worrying smells of gas, the shut off tap is in the white box mounted on the low wall in the carport.

DEPARTURES

BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Please ensure any remaining rubbish has been bagged and left in the dustbin.

CLEANING

Our cleaners will come in after you depart and clean the property, but if you could help them out by leaving the property as you find, it would be greatly appreciated!

PLEASE STRIP THE BED LINEN AND LEAVE ON THE BED

BREAKAGES / DAMAGES

If you have any breakages, or damage anything in the property during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can organise any repairs or cleaning necessary in time before the next guests.

LOCKING UP

When you depart, please ensure any spare house keys are left within the property, ensure all doors are locked and the master set of keys are left in the key safe before you set off. Please ensure the numbers on the safe are scrambled when you leave.
