CHECK-IN

Check-in is from 4pm. Regrettably our housekeeping team cannot offer earlier access to the property.

There are two parking spaces for this apartment. Please park in the allocated spaces.

GENERAL INFO

HEATING & HOT WATER

Due to the complex nature of the ground source system, the hot water and towel rails are pre-set to come on as follows:

Hot water – 6am - 10am & 4pm - 9pm

Towel rails – 7am - 9am & 5pm - 8pm

 

The heating is under floor and can be put on manually if required at thermostats.

 

REFUSE 

Please place all rubbish in the waste store at the top of the site.

 

Please ensure bags are not left out of the bin, as these are often ripped apart by seagulls.

 

There is no provision for recycling. Details of the nearest recycling points can be found at www.recyclenow.com

 

WI-FI

Wi-Fi is provided, the name is BT-XSF6F7, password E4rJAeNfEfTKFa

 

OUTDOOR SHOWER & SURF STORE

Please use the outdoor shower to rinse wetsuits and sandy feet, do not do this in the apartment.

 

Wetsuits and beach items can be stored in the surf store 3rd to the right of the shower. Please feel free to use the body boards, spades, buckets, wind breaks, but please replace if broken during your use.

ELECTRICAL / WATER ISSUES

If there are any worrying leaks and you need to turn off the water supply, you will find the stop cock in the boiler room. This room is kept locked, in the event of an emergency please call Ben on 07798 647836.

If you have any cuts in power, please check that the fuses have not simply tripped. The fuse box is located in this same cupboard so please call Ben as above. This number should only be called for this purpose.

In the event of an OUT OF HOURS emergency. Please contact us on 07751 556782. There will be a charge for non-emergency contact to this number. The number is not monitored after 10pm.

IN THE EVENT OF A SERIOUS EMERGENCY PLEASE CALL 999.

Mobile reception varies. Your postal address is: 3 Treglos, Constantine Bay, PL28 8GQ. There is a fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen. There is a torch for emergency lighting and first aid kit available.

DEPARTURES

BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Please ensure any remaining rubbish has been bagged and left in the dustbin.

CLEANING

Our cleaners will come in after you depart and clean the property, but if you could help them out by leaving the property as you find, it would be greatly appreciated!

PLEASE STRIP THE BED LINEN AND LEAVE ON THE BED

BREAKAGES / DAMAGES

If you have any breakages, or damage anything in the property during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can organise any repairs or cleaning necessary in time before the next guests.

LOCKING UP

When you depart, please ensure any spare house keys are left within the property, ensure all doors are locked and the master set of keys are left in the key safe before you set off. Please ensure the numbers on the safe are scrambled when you leave.
