Check-in is from 4pm. Regrettably our housekeeping team cannot offer earlier access to the property.
PARKING
There is parking for 2 - 3 vehicles in the driveway at the front.

REFUSE & RECYCLING
Waste is collected on Friday morning first thing – please put the dustbin out near to the road on Thursday night ready for the morning.
PLEASE PUT ALL RUBBISH IN BLACK BIN LINERS BEFORE PUTTING INTO THE DUSTBIN.
As the collection falls away from the changeover day, please kindly put out the remainder of the previous guest’s rubbish along with yours, as the next guest will do for you.

The Wi-Fi code is located on the bottom of the router on the shelves in the dining area.

DOGS:
Dogs are permitted within this property. As a gentle reminder from your booking conditions, we ask that dogs are not to be left alone in the property, not to be allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. Please clear up any mess or hair at the end of your stay. Thank you.
WOODBURNING STOVE
Should you wish to use the wood burner, you will need to provide your own logs. These are available from Tesco in Wadebridge and Padstow, as well as at Padstow and St Merryn filling stations. Please be aware that using the woodburning stove is at your own risk. Beware - wood burner and flue get very hot so please keep children (and adults!) away. Please only burn wood, no coal or charcoal.

Mobile reception varies. Your postal address is: Lavender Cottage, St Merryn Park, PL28 8TF. You will find a fire blanket and fire extinguisher in the kitchen. There is a first aid kit in the kitchen drawer.
DEPARTURES
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Please ensure any remaining rubbish has been bagged and left in the dustbin.
CLEANING
Our cleaners will come in after you depart and clean the property, but if you could help them out by leaving the property as you find, it would be greatly appreciated!
PLEASE STRIP THE BED LINEN AND LEAVE ON THE BED
BREAKAGES / DAMAGES
If you have any breakages, or damage anything in the property during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can organise any repairs or cleaning necessary in time before the next guests.
LOCKING UP
When you depart, please ensure any spare house keys are left within the property, ensure all doors are locked and the master set of keys are left in the key safe before you set off. Please ensure the numbers on the safe are scrambled when you leave.
