CHECK-IN
Check-in is from 4pm. Regrettably our housekeeping team cannot offer earlier access to the property.
PARKING
There is not private parking with No.4, there is parking on the road outside without restrictions but this is on a first come first served basis.
GENERAL INFO
HEATING & HOT WATER
The heating and hot water are set up on a schedule.
If you would like more heat or hot water -

The Hive thermostat is located in the hallway.

On the top are two buttons

Left = boost the hot water / Right = boost the heating

Follow the on screen instructions to adjust the duration

Turn the dial to adjust the temperature and the green tick to confirm.

REFUSE & RECYCLING
Please put all RUBBISH IN BLACK BIN LINERS,
all RECYCLING IN CLEAR LINERS
and all GLASS INTO THE BOTTLE BOX
PLEASE PUT RUBBISH INTO ANTI SEAGULL REFUSE SACKS ON FRIDAY NIGHT
The refuse sacks are secured in the front courtyard. Waste is collected on Saturday morning first thing.
PLEASE ENSURE ALL RUBBISH IS BAGGED, NO LOOSE ITEMS WILL BE COLLECTED
WI-FI

The router is located in the hallway cupboard adjacent to the front door. If you are having any issues with the connection, please try to restart the router and check all wires are plugged in correctly.
TV
The TV’s are all smart TV’s and have Netflix & Prime Video. You can either navigate to these using the buttons on the remotes, or by using the Home button. You will need to log in using your own account details. If you are having trouble, test the different sources, TV for normal channels.
OVEN
If the oven or grill is not working, please check that the clock is set correctly, and the appliance is switched on at the wall. If you have any further issues, please consult the manual in the blue folder.
WINDOWS
There is a safety latch on the window in the children’s bedroom, this cannot be adjusted or removed. All other windows are fully operational if required in the event of a fire.

Please refer to the manuals in the blue appliance folder above the kitchen sink for any further instructions.

In the event of an OUT OF HOURS emergency. Please contact us on 07751 556782. There will be a charge for non-emergency contact to this number. The number is not monitored after 10pm.
IN THE EVENT OF A SERIOUS EMERGENCY PLEASE CALL 999.
Mobile reception varies. Your postal address is: 4 Glynn Road, Padstow, PL28 8EF. There is a first aid kit in the kitchen above the sink. There is a torch for emergency lighting in the kitchen.
DEPARTURES
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Please ensure any remaining rubbish has been bagged and left in the dustbin.
CLEANING
Our cleaners will come in after you depart and clean the property, but if you could help them out by leaving the property as you find, it would be greatly appreciated!
PLEASE STRIP THE BED LINEN AND LEAVE ON THE BED
BREAKAGES / DAMAGES
If you have any breakages, or damage anything in the property during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can organise any repairs or cleaning necessary in time before the next guests.
LOCKING UP
When you depart, please ensure any spare house keys are left within the property, ensure all doors are locked and the master set of keys are left in the key safe before you set off. Please ensure the numbers on the safe are scrambled when you leave.
