Check-in is from 4pm. Regrettably our housekeeping team cannot offer earlier access to the property.

GENERAL INFO

REFUSE 

Please place all rubbish in the waste store at the top of the site.

 

Please ensure bags are not left out of the bin, as these are often ripped apart by seagulls.

 

There is no provision for recycling. Details of the nearest recycling points can be found at www.recyclenow.com.

STORAGE:
Please use the Surf Store for housing wetsuits and boards. The surf store for this property is the third one along in the parking bay area.

 

SAND / OUTDOOR SHOWER

Please make use of the outside shower to avoid bringing too much sand into the apartment.

ELECTRICAL / WATER ISSUES

If there are any worrying leaks and you need to turn off the water supply, you will find the stop cock in the plant room outside the front door.

If you have any cuts in power, please check that the fuses have not simply tripped. The fuse box is located in the cupboard under the stairs.

BOILING WATER TAP

 

In the kitchen there is a Quooker tap (kettle available to use in understairs cupboard if preferred).   


This needs to be turned on at start of visit. 

 

The workings are under the kitchen sink and there is one large flat button on the top right of the unit which just needs to be pressed.  At the end of the stay please turn this off the same way, thank you. 

Using the Quooker tap is straightforward - there is a textured ring near the base of the tap - this is gently pulled down twice and then turned, boiling water will come out immediately provided the tap is turned in. Caution - it will be boiling.

There is a fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen. There is a torch for emergency lighting and a first aid kit available.

DEPARTURES

BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Please ensure any remaining rubbish has been bagged and left in the dustbin.

CLEANING

Our cleaners will come in after you depart and clean the property, but if you could help them out by leaving the property as you find, it would be greatly appreciated!

PLEASE STRIP THE BED LINEN AND LEAVE ON THE BED

BREAKAGES / DAMAGES

If you have any breakages, or damage anything in the property during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can organise any repairs or cleaning necessary in time before the next guests.

LOCKING UP

When you depart, please ensure any spare house keys are left within the property, ensure all doors are locked and the master set of keys are left in the key safe before you set off. Please ensure the numbers on the safe are scrambled when you leave.
