ELECTRICAL / GAS / WATER ISSUES

If there are any worrying leaks and you need to turn off the water supply, you will find the stop cock in the bin cupboard in the kitchen, you will need to pull the bin out of its slot.

If you have any cuts in power, please check that the fuses have not simply tripped. The fuse box is on the first floor behind the TV in the lounge area.

If there are any worrying smells of gas, the shut off tap is in the white gas box mounted on the front of the property to the left of the key safe.

HEATING & HOT WATER

The heating is set on an all-day programme, you can use the thermostat (hive control left on kitchen shelf) to control the temperature, but please do remember to turn it down when it is not needed. The water will heat automatically. If you are having any issues with the heating or hot water, please call us on 01841 550998.
