CHECK-IN
Check-in is from 4pm. Regrettably our housekeeping team cannot offer earlier access to the property.

PARKING
The parking for this property is either in the garage, or in the driveway in front of the garage. Please note that the other half of the driveway belongs to the neighbouring property, please do not encroach on the neighbouring parking or block the space opposite. You can find further parking on the main road if required. Thank you.
GENERAL INFO
REFUSE & RECYCLING
There is a dustbin located down the side of the house, collection is Saturday morning, please put rubbish out on Friday night, you do not need to move the bin.
Place all waste in black bin liners, and mixed recycling in clear liners. Glass should go into the separate glass tub.
Please ensure everything is bagged and in the bin with the lid closed – seagulls will peck at any rubbish left out of the bin.

WI-FI
The code for your Wi-Fi is VPBDSRRWPT
The router is under the bed in the twin bedroom. You will find the code either on the pinboard in the kitchen or on the back of the router, please do not take the card out of the router. If you are having any issues with the connection, please try to restart the router and check all wires are plugged in correctly.
DOGS
If you have a dog, please refrain from allowing them to get up on the furniture or in the bedrooms where there is carpet. Please can you ensure that any mess is picked up from the grounds, and hair cleared from within the house before you depart. Thank you.

HEATING & HOT WATER
The heating is set on a timed programme, you can use the thermostat to control the temperature, but please do remember to turn it down when it is not needed. The thermostat is located in the hallway. Should you need to check the boiler, it is located in the garage.

TELEVISION
If the dining room television does not switch on with the remote control, use the control buttons on the top of the screen to switch it on and off, and the remote control to change channels and volume.
The television in the lounge will automatically open on Freeview channels, should you wish to use a streaming service press the Home button on the remote to access the relevant Apps.
OVEN
If the oven or grill is not working, please check that it is not on the Automatic setting, the clock is set correctly, and the appliance is switched on at the wall. If you have any further issues, please consult the manual.
KEYS
The keys for the sliding door in dining room and the back door of the garage are located on hooks at the rear of the shelving unit to the left of the dining table.
OTHER APPLIANCES
Please refer to the manuals in the red folder located on the shelving by the patio door in the dining room for all appliance instructions.

There is a fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen. There is a torch for emergency lighting and a first aid kit in the living area.

DEPARTURES
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Please ensure any remaining rubbish has been bagged and left in the dustbin.
​
CLEANING
Our cleaners will come in after you depart and clean the property, but if you could help them out by leaving the property as you find, it would be greatly appreciated!​​

BREAKAGES / DAMAGES
If you have any breakages, or damage anything in the property during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can organise any repairs or cleaning necessary in time before the next guests.

LOCKING UP
When you depart, please ensure any spare house keys are left within the property, ensure all doors are locked and the master set of keys are left in the key safe before you set off. Please ensure the numbers on the safe are scrambled when you leave.
